Our Teaching Kitchen service is a fully hands‑on, side‑by‑side learning experience where we cook with you in your own kitchen. Every technique is taught in real time while we prepare food together, helping you build practical butcher skills, foundational prep techniques, and confidence at the cutting board and stove. By the end of your session, you’ll have: • A solid understanding of basic butchery and safe food‑handling skills • Real, repeatable kitchen techniques you can use every day • At least one signature dish you can confidently recreate on your own Afterward, you’ll receive simple, customized notes (sent by text or printed) so you can repeat the steps with ease. This isn’t a class you watch — it’s a guided, in‑person cooking experience where you learn by doing, shoulder‑to‑shoulder with your instructor. You chose the food, snacks and desserts you learn to cook.
