Booking Fee?

Booking fees ensure attendance for your Class/Visit/Service. Some individuals book appointments but do not cancel or attend the class or accept the visit/service at their property. If we arrive on time and you are unavailable or have not arranged alternative entry, there is a 20-minute grace period before the appointment is canceled due to no call/no show. You will lose the booking fee and must pay a new booking fee to reschedule your Visit/Service.
All Classes/Visits/Services must be paid in full 48 hours before the appointment. That means you can pay booking fee on Monday to hold your appointment for Saturday. You should pay/reschedule/cancel for Saturday services before Thursday. If not, you lose the booking fee.
Services can be rescheduled once up to 4 hours prior to the scheduled appointment using the same booking fee. The booking fee can also be rolled over if you pay monthly. All booking fees will be refunded within 24 hours after completion of the Visit/Service. Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment. Please contact your financial institution with questions about refund processing.

EX:

Client: My plant has yellow spots on the leaves, there are no bugs in the pot.
Garden Gnome: What are you using for food? How much water do you provide? Is the plant under a plant light                                       or receiving natural sunlight through the window?
Garden Gnome: Can you send me pictures from a few different angles and sides?
Client: I use a plant light positioned about 6 inches above the plant. I water it every 2 days. I have not added any
plant food, as I believed the soil would nourish the plant for 6 months.
Client: Did you get all 7 pictures? If they don't come through in a few minutes please let me know.

You can ask unlimited questions for free. Minutes are used when the Garden Gnome responds. So far, only 2 minutes have been used with one response to this question. Additional sentences or links on different lines do not count if they complete an answer or thought. A reply to a question from days ago counts as 2 minutes, even if it’s only one line or link. We recommend marking each question thread with a different emphasis for easier reference. If you need help using that feature on your phone, let us know, and we will teach you how.
